29 CFR 1910.132(f)(1): The employer did not provide training to each employee who is required by this section to use personal protective equipment. On or about November 30, 2021, and at times prior thereto, the employer had not provided training to each employee to ensure knowledge of the personal protective equipment requirements needed at jobsites involving mobile home installations, exposing the employees to various hazards, such as struck-by and crushed-by hazards.
