29 CFR 1926.454(a):The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards: At rear of warehouse, located at 1496 Mt. Zion Road, Morrow, GA 30260: On or about 7/19/2021, and at times prior, an employee was exposed to fall hazards, in that; the employer did train the employee on a Baker/Perry type scaffold prior to allowing the employee to use it.
