On or about July 16, 2021, and at times prior, for the tank farm, the employer did not compile information for design codes and standards pertaining to tanks including, but not limited to tanks 2, 17, 18, and 19 used to process flammable liquids. This exposed employees to fire and explosion hazards. b. On July 16, 2021, and at times prior, for the tank farm the employer did not compile information for design codes and standards pertaining to electrical equipment including, but not limited to sump pumps, pump motors, and electrical extension cords used within the tank farm dike where flammable liquids are located. This exposed employees to fire and explosion hazards.
