29 CFR 1910.29(b)(2): Midrails,�screens, mesh,�intermediate vertical�members, or�equivalent intermediate�structure members�were not�installed between�the top�edge of�the guardrail�system and�the walking/working�surface when�there was�no wall�or parapet�wall at�least 21�inches (53�cm) high. On or about July 16, 2021 and times prior thereto, at the tank farm, the employer did not ensure midrails were installed on the runway platform located over tank 7 and tank 8. This exposed the employees to a fall greater than four (4) feet to the ground below.
