29 CFR 1926.502(d)(6)(iv): Unless the snap hook is a locking type and designed for the following connections, snap hooks shall not be engaged to a lifeline: 173 Howland Ave., Adams, MA: On or about May 27, 2021, the lifeline(s) the employees were using as part of their personal fall protection system consisted of a rope wrapped around the main truss of the structure, which was engaged to itself. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
