29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: 173 Howland Ave., Adams, MA: On or about May 27, 2021, employees were using an aerial lift at this location to access the roof of the building to perform their work and a body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
