29 CFR 1926.454(b): The employer did not have each employee who was involved in erecting, disassembling, moving, operating, repairing, maintaining, or inspecting a scaffold trained by a competent person to recognize any hazards associated with the work in question: On or about May 9, 2021 and at times prior to, in the center of commercial building under construction, employees authorized to erect, disassemble, move and operate a fabricated framed scaffold were not trained in the recognition of fall hazards. Employees were exposed to a 20-foot fall hazard.
