29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): The employer did not have a safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical in use: a. 100 Middlesex Ave., Carteret, NJ - Warehouse The employer did not ensure a complete library of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) was maintained for each chemical in use. Employees and Staffing Agency employees used hazardous chemicals which included, but were not limited to, compressed propane gas, as a fuel to power the powered industrial trucks, and did not have a SDS available to them. Violation occurred on or about April 12, 2021
