29 CFR 1910.422(e): A depth-time profile, including when appropriate any breathing gas changes, were not maintained for each diver during the dive including decompression. A) The employer was performing diving operations for two days at a geoduck harvesting tract with dives going as deep as 70 feet deep, and was not keeping record of depth time profiles for any of the dives that had occurred.
