29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): The employer did not provide employees with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment, and whenever a new chemical hazard that the employees had not previously been trained about was introduced into their work area. Information and training was not designed to cover all applicable categories of hazards (e.g., flammability, carcinogenicity) or specific chemicals: (a) Lafayette Leasing, LLC, 225 Waneka Parkway, Lafayette, CO 80026: On and preceding 02/04/2021 the employer had not provided employees with effective information and training on chemicals in the workplace. Employees used chemicals for housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance tasks. Chemicals in the workplace included, but were not limited, to the following: 1. Monogram - Bleach Disinfectant ; 2. Zep - Driveway and concrete cleaner; 3. Pro Con Emerald 3 - Cleaner, disinfectant, detergent; 4. EcoLab - Grease Trap Plus; 5. State - D'Stroy - Drain Cleaner 6. Liquid Odor Control - Multi purpose; 7. Comet Disinfecting - Cleaner with bleach; 8. Libman - Disinfecting cleaner; 9. EcoLab - Super Trump machine detergent; and 10. EcoLab - Liquid Assure.
