29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(9): The area around the top and bottom of ladders was not kept clear: On or about 05/04/2021 and at times prior, at 805 Bentwater Circle, Naples FL 34108, employees were exposed to a trip/fall hazard of approximately 12 feet while the area around the top and bottom of ladders used to access the roof was not clear from debris.
