29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performs work while on a scaffold(s) trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize those hazards associated with the type of scaffold(s) being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards: A.) Larry Bittner dba Bittner Roofing, 3603 Peach Street, Erie, PA 16508, on or about June 17, 2020 and times prior thereto: Employees were utilizing a ladder jack scaffold system and roof jack scaffolds during work operations that included, but were not limited to roofing activities and drip edge installation. Employees did not have scaffold user training.
