29 CFR 1910.178(n)(4): Industrial truck driver(s) were not required to slow down and sound the horn at cross aisles and wherever vision was obstructed: On or about December 12, 2019, and February 5, 2020, employees were exposed to struck by hazards on the dock, as a result of the employer's failure to ensure forklift operators sounded the horn when backing out of trailers.
