29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: a) 16941 Sussex Highway Bridgeville, DE - On or about October 8, 2019, the employer failed to ensure the work rest on the abrasive wheel used by the employees was adjusted to one-eighth (1/8) inch or less, in that the work rest was measured at approximately one (1) inch from the abrasive wheel.
