29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: On or about August 8, 2018 and times prior, the employer used circuit breaker cabinets with unused openings in the following locations: a. Circuit breaker cabinet on the east wall of Fab 1 had at least one unused opening on the front top side of the cabinet. b. Circuit breaker cabinet on the east wall in Fab 2 had an unused opening on the side of the cabinet. c. Circuit breaker cabinet on the west wall in Fab 2 had an unused opening on the sides of the electrical cabinets, exposing employees to electrical hazards.
