29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i): Work space was less than 30 inches wide in front of electric equipment operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less: On or about August 5, 2019 and times prior, the employer did not ensure that the following electrical equipment were not blocked/obstructed by items in the workplace: a. The electrical disconnect and circuit breaker boxes in Fab 1 shop that were blocked by extension cords, welding cords, Miller and Lincoln Electric welders, handheld radial Skilsaw, a green jacket obstructing a knife switch, pieces of metals, metal pole, clamping tools, fans, and pieces of wooden blocks. b. The electrical disconnect and circuit breaker boxes in Fab 2 shop on the west wall were blocked by a pallet jack, trash buckets, pieces of wood, argon cylinder, shovel, and metal welding table.
