29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (a) On or about 5/7/2019 - at 1203 1st Ave SE, Graysville, AL, employees were exposed to fire and chemical burn hazards when a written hazard communication program had not been developed and implemented for employees working in and around chemicals including, but not limited to Regular Unleaded Gasoline, Diesel Fuel, P-4 Truck Wash, Sudsy SC 675 High Alkaline Truckwash, Peak Antifreeze, Final Charge Antifreeze, Freon, Oil, Charge, and Acetone.
