29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1): The employer did not submit to the Agency, along with the information on abatement certification required by paragraph (c)(3) of this section, documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required: a) As of April 23, 2019, the Employer had not submitted to the Agency the abatement certification required for the Citation 1, Items 1 ,2, 3a, 3b and Citation 2, Item 1. The citation was issued on 3/8/2019 with an abatement due date of 3/14/2019 and the citation items required that abatement documentation be submitted to the Agency.
