29 CFR 1910.23(c)(3): The employer did not ensure that ladders were not loaded beyond the maximum intended load: The employer is failing to ensure that the step ladder maximum intended load is not exceeded. On 10-9-18, during maintenance work on the ACC Autoclave, a step ladder maximum intended load was exceeded when used by an employee. Abatement documentation is required for this violation.
