29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route was not kept free and unobstructed: A. Lawn and Garden Department: The emergency exit had material stored on the outside of the exit route. B. Bull Pen Department: The exit near the hazmat cage had lumber laying flat in front of the emergency exit route. C. Receiving Department: The exit route near door "6" had material stored within the exit route. Lowe's Home Improvement was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard, 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 960144, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/21/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 32 William C Gould Junior War, Kingston, MA 02364.
