29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by this standard, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the following means: a) Back side of Cincinnati 3/8" Shear machine: On May 9, 2018 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards in that employees were allowed to walk and work around a 480 Volt, 3 Phase MCC Motor Control Cabinet with an open door that is damaged and cannot be locked.
