29 CFR 1910.184(e)(3)(ii): The employer did not make and maintain a record of the most recent month in which each alloy steel chain sling was thoroughly inspected, and did not make such record available for examination: a) At Sabel Steel, Dothan, Alabama : On May 9, 2018 and at times prior; the employer exposed employees to struck-by and crushed-by hazards in that the employer failed to document and maintain records of alloy steel chain sling inspections as specified in the regulation.
