29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l): 3400 Industrial Rd., Harrisburg, PA: On or about April 17, the employer did not ensure each operator of powered industrial trucks was competent to operate as demonstrated by successful completion of a training program and evaluation process. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date, and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
