29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use a) Throughout the establishment: On or about April 2, 2018, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards, in that a safety data sheet was not available for employees using chemicals, such as, but not limited to, propane, oxygen, diesel fuel, Shell Rotella engine oil, NAPA R&O hydraulic oil, and Premium AW32 hydraulic fluid.
