29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(ii): The employer did not certify that periodic inspections of the energy control procedures had been performed: On or about February 1, 2018, employees were exposed to caught-in and amputation hazards when performing maintenance and servicing on the Huskies and Sidels and the employer did not certify that periodic inspections had been performed. The certification requires: a. identification of the machine or equipment, b. inspection date, c. employees included, and d. the person performing the inspection.
