29 CFR 1910.132(f)(1)(ii): The employer did not provide training to each employee who is required by this section to use PPE on knowing what PPE is necessary: Throughout the facility- On or about October 17, 2017, and at times prior, employer failed to provide training to employees performing the maintenance of propane forklifts, employees have to change the propane fuel forklift with no adequate personal protective equipment or training.
