29 CFR 1918.105(b)(1): The employer did not require the wearing of PFDs for each employee engaged in work in which the employee might have fallen into the water: a) Mooring dock located at the Barry Steam Plant's marine terminal: On or about October 7, 2017 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not personal floatation device were used stepping between the dock platform and fleet deck of the Jamie H which exposed an employee to injuries associated with falls up to nine (9) feet and six (6) inches in to the water below.
