29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area. On or about June 7, 2017 at 2081 Eatonton Road, Madison, Georgia, where employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals in a truck wash, the employees were not provided hazard communication training on the hazardous chemicals to include, but not limited to SC-675, AB-Concentrate, and Brown soap upon initial assignment or when new chemicals were introduced in the workplace.
