29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals. COMPANY-WIDE: On or about and at times prior to June 5, 2017, multiple containers of hazardous chemicals were observed to be unlabeled. Chemicals in use at the facility included but were not limited to: acetone; isopropyl alcohol; lacquer thinner; rhodium plating solution containing sulfuric acid; gold plating solution containing sodium cyanide, potassium cyanide, gold, and sodium hydroxide; and nickel plating solution containing nickel sulfate, nickel (II) chloride, and boric acid.
