29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: On or about June 5, 2017, the employer did not provide hazard communication training for employees. Employees work with chemicals including, but not limited to, Clorox Bleach, Comet Cleaner with Bleach, Febreze Deep Penetrating Fabric Refresher, Spic & Span Disinfecting All-Purpose Cleaner, Mr. Clean Finished Floor Cleaner, Windex, Super Spa Deformer, pH Increaser, Alkalinity Increaser, and Ultra-Clear Natural Clarifier, Instant Liquid Chlorine and Champion Muriatic Acid.
