29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: a. On or about April 13, 2017, on the northeast side of a commercial construction site, the employer was using an unapproved platform on the forks of a JCB Telescopic Handler to lift employees to install tilt wall braces, exposing employees to a 12.5 foot fall hazard.
