29 CFR 1910.134(h)(1)(i): Respirators issued for the exclusive use of an employee were not cleaned and disinfected as often as necessary to be maintained in a sanitary condition: (a) The 3M full face negative pressure respirator used at the top coat paint booth had dried paint on the part of the respirator that sealed against the face. (b) The 3M full face negative pressure respirator used at the top coat paint booth had dried paint on the exterior of the respirator facepiece such as the top and on the straps.
