29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): a)Entire Facility: On or about July 12, 2016, and prior to, the employer exposed employees to hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to: Chemical Boost 3200/3201 that has a ph of 3.1 and combustible Class II grain dust with a Kst value of 33.61 without having a written Hazard Communication Program.
