29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i)(A): For electric equipment operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while energized, the depth of the working space in the direction of access to live parts (as measured from the live parts where they were exposed or from the enclosure front or opening where they were enclosed) was less than indicated in Table S-1 of Subpart S of Part 1910: A. Wax Room, Near CMM Work Area: On, or about, September 14, 2015, adequate working space had not been provided in front the a 480 volt Square D panelboard that provided power to air conditioning units located on the roof. The required working space depth was 42 inches. B. Wax Room, Base Area: On, or about, September 14, 2015, adequate working space had not been provided in front of Fuse Box Wax #1 and Panelboard Wax #2. The required working space depth was 36 inches. C. Shell Room, Control Processing Sink Area: On, or about, September 14, 2015, the sink side board was located in the working space for a GE circuit breaker panel provided for equipment in the work area. The required working space depth was 36 inches. D. Lab: On, or about, September 14, 2015, adequate working space had not been provided in front of a GE circuit breaker panel in that a counter, compressed gas cylinder and boxes were located within 36 inches of the face of the panel. The required working space depth was 36 inches.
