29 CFR 1910.266(h)(1)(vi): Each danger tree, including lodged trees and snags, were not felled or removed using mechanical or other techniques that minimize employee exposure before work is commenced in the area of the danger tree. a) Davis Track - On April 6, 2015 a chain saw operator was exposed to been struck by a lodged tree, when the feller was allowed to manually fell a tree that holding the lodged tree, with a gas powered chain saw, causing the lodge tree to fall on the feller.
