29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iii): Employee training did not include the measures employees can take to protect themselves from chemical hazards, including specific procedures the employer had implemented to protect employees from exposure to hazardous chemicals, such as appropriate work practices, emergency procedures and personal protective equipment to be used: (a) On or about March 16, 2015, and at times prior thereto employees unloading diamin T (tallow diamine) were not provided with information or training on the hazards of that chemical; (b) On or about March 16, 2015, and at times prior thereto employees were working with the product, INC 1480, had not received on any information, training, or a safety data sheet (SDS) for that chemical; (c) On or about March 16, 2015, and at times prior thereto employees exposed to other chemicals such as xylene and potassium hydroxide were not provided with information or training on the hazards of those chemicals.
