29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: (a)NAMJet LLC at 4965 Kingston St., Denver, CO 80239: On and before February 3rd, 2015,the employer did not ensure that electrical outlet boxes were in use in accordance with listed instructions. The outlet boxes in use on the flexible cords included pre-punched knockouts that would be dislodged by frequent handling. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards while connecting and disconnecting electric-powered equipment at outlet boxes at the end of flexible cord pendants
