29 CFR 1910.107(e)(9): Flammable liquids for use in spraying operations were transferred from one container to another without both containers being effectively bonded and grounded to prevent discharge sparks of static electricity. a) Warehouse Area - On or about 1/30/15, DeVoe Devathane 379 (flash point 80 deg F), Amrex AR94 (flash point 35 deg F) and B Devthane 379/359H hardener (flash point 81 deg F) were transferred from their original containers to the spray pot without bonding and grounding the containers in order to prevent discharge sparks of static electricity. b) Warehouse area - On or about 1/30/15, Amrex AR94 (flash point 35 deg F) was transferred from its original container to a secondary container (for cleaning spray painting parts) without bonding and grounding the containers in order to prevent discharge sparks of static electricity. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
