29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: Main Administration room, on or about November 25, 2014 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards while operating office equipment such as, but not limited to computers which were plugged into temporary electrical wiring: At least 5 re-locatable power taps were being used with one electrical wall 120V receptacle provide power t at least 10 electrical devices such as, but not limited to, computers, office phone, cell phones charges, heaters, fax machine and printers.
