29 CFR 1910.110(b)(5)(ii): Markings specified shall be on a metal nameplate attached to the container and located in such a manner as to remain visible after the container is installed. On or about November 25, 2014 and at times prior thereto, the storage tank labels were not visible on liquid petroleum vessels such as but not limited to, tank 1 (18,000 gallons) and tank 2 (30,000 gallons) exposing employees to chemical, fire, and explosion hazards.
