29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee exposed to fall hazards to enable them to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to follow in order to minimize them: a) 610 N Bodine St, Philadelphia, PA - Employees were not instructed in the recognition and avoidance of fall hazards and the regulations of their work environment to control or eliminate hazards. The employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 6 feet while performing pointing operations on or about November 20, 2014. The WVM Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 29 1926.21(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 978971, citation number 1, item number 2/c and was affirmed as a final order on October 24, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 1535 Cecil B. Moore Ave, Philadelphia, PA. WVM Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 29 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 992540, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 15, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 924 New Market St., Philadelphia, PA 19123. WVM Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 29 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 980983, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 23, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1114 South St., Philadelphia, PA 19147.
