29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: A.) Mattocks Five, Inc. dba Albion Mill, 73 Canal Street, Albion, PA 16401, basement entry/exit area from outside, on or about February 10, 2016: Employees are exposed to unlabeled circuit breakers in a circuit breaker panel box in which they access. The circuit breakers operate electrical equipment including, but not limited to, basement lights. Circuit breakers including, but not limited to, #13, are in the ON position, and are not labeled and identified as to their function and purpose. This ongoing violation was most recently observed on February 23, 2016. To abate this ongoing violation, the employer must properly label and identify the circuit breakers as to their function and purpose. Mattocks Five, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 924399, citation number 2, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on June 23, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 73 Canal Street, Albion, PA 16401.
