29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1): The employer had not submitted to the Agency, along with the information on abatement certification required by paragraph (c)(3) of this section, documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required. 4 Barnes Street, Ware, MA: As of August 10, 2021, the employer had not submitted documentation to OSHA within 10 calendar days that abatement was completed for the violation in Citation 1 - item 1, Citation 1 - item 2, Citation 2 - item 1, Citation 2 - item 2 and Citation 3 - item 1 from Inspection number 1526091, issued on July 23, 2021 with a final order date of July 27, 2021, and with an abatement date of July 29, 2021.
