29 CFR 1910.303(e)(1)(ii): Markings giving voltage, current, wattage, or other ratings was not on electrical equipment: The employer does not ensure electrical panels have marking to identify the voltage or other ratings of the panels. This violation was observed was on or about July 13, 2016 in welding department, exposing employees to the electrical hazards. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps taken to ensure electrical panels are properly marked.
