29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a) Central Transport, LLC - The employer did not ensure that exit routes were free and unobstructed in the following instances: 1) The southwest fire exit route next to bay #103, the exterior ground walking surface was littered with debris, wood, plastic strapping, cigarette butts, and wet cardboard. 2) The west fire exit route, the fire exit door had holes due to rust damage, and the panic bar contained a greasy substance.
