29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge: a) Central Transport, LLC - The employer did not ensure that exit route doors were able to open from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge in the following instances: 1) The northwest fire exit door next to bay #190 had a locking device. 2) The southwest fire exit door next to bay #103 had a locking device, and a device fastened at the bottom of the door and metal platform preventing the door from opening or closing. 3) The west fire exit door had a locking device (a panic bar) on the inside of the door.
