29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: a) On or about March 6, 2013 and at times prior, circuit breakers from three electrical panels were not marked or indicated with their indicated purpose. The circuit breakers were accessed by the employees to provide power to the equipment and to turn the electric lights on and off.
