29 CFR 1910.1027(m)(3)(ii): The warning labels for containers of contaminated protective clothing, equipment, waste, scrap, or debris shall include at least the following information: DANGER, CONTAINS CADMIUM, MAY CAUSE CANCER, CAUSES DAMAGE TO LUNGS AND KIDNEYS, AVOID CREATING DUST: (a) On or about May 3, 2018 and at times prior thereto bags and containers where employees throw their personal protective equipment (PPE) contaminated with cadmium such as gloves were not labeled to alert employees of the contaminated PPE, exposing employees to cadmium.
