29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information specified under paragraphs (f)(6)(i) through (ii) of this section: a) T & J Industries, Inc dba Metal Craft Industries at 1014 South Hillside Drive, Sioux Falls, SD 57110: On or about and at times prior to December 6, 2023, the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the hazardous chemical(s) contained therein, such as but not limited to: (1) Cleaners to include but not limited to dawn dish soap solutions (2) Rust prevention chemical, SRPO-20-140.
