29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(ii): Only authorized persons shall operate an aerial lift. a) 2100 HWY 31 S, Bay Minette, AL 36507, Sweet Brew Manufacturing; On or about June 6, 2022 and at times prior to the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 45 feet in that employees were allowed to operate aerial lifts without first being evaluated or certified in it's use.
